• The Parties agree to sell and purchase the specified shares in the Company.

• The transfer of the Shares shall be made through the delivery of the signed Share Transfer to the Company.

• Transferee shall pay the agreed total Consideration of $ _______________.

• Transferor confirms the Company is in compliance with all statutory obligations and does not have any legal claims.

• The agreement includes clauses for entire agreement, severability, and governing law.

NOTE: Transfer is only effective upon lodgement with ACRA after stamp duty is paid to IRAS. We can assist with this upon request.
