- The Contractor will provide the Services as defined in the Schedule with reasonable skill and care.
- The Contractor is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the Company.
- The Company will pay the Contractor the fee set out in the Schedule within 14 days of receipt of an invoice.
- The Contractor is responsible for their own income tax liabilities and contributions.
- The Contractor must maintain confidentiality and transfer all Intellectual Property Rights in the Works to the Company.
- The agreement can be terminated with 7 days' notice in writing by either party.
