SPARK Consulting Service Agmt

The Principal retains the Contractor as an Independent Contractor to render consulting services.

• The Contractor will perform all services requested by the Principal through its authorized sub-contractors.
• The Contractor shall execute and deliver the services listed in Appendix A - Project Deliverables List and manage the delivery of Goods and Services in Appendix B - Milestone Payment Structure.
• The Contract commences on the date first written and continues until [__________] or until terminated.
• The Contractor must maintain confidentiality and agrees that all work created is "work made for hire."
• The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
