    • The Referee has the sole discretion to decide whether or not to enter into a business relationship with a referred Client.
    • The Referee will pay the Referrer Referral Fees as set out in Schedule 2.
    • The Referrer must comply with bribery and money laundering laws and is responsible for their own taxes.
    • The agreement includes clauses for confidentiality, data protection, duration, termination, force majeure, and governing law.
