The Consultant will provide services as detailed in Exhibit A, including advice, communication, attending meetings, reviewing documents, and delivering reports.
The Consultant is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Principal.
The Principal will pay the Consultant based on a per diem or project basis, as agreed in Exhibit B.
The Consultant is responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
The Consultant must maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Principal's instructions and policies.
The agreement can be terminated with 30 days' written notice by either party.
